The US Market is more accessible today than ever before. The rise in ecommerce, especially during 2020, has created many opportunities for B2C and B2C companies alike. Today we speak with Brian Beck, Managing Partner at Enceiba, global ecommerce expert, and author of 
 
Brian Beck has 25+ years of experience, including two decades as a VP and C-level Ecommerce executive.  He is the author of the groundbreaking book on B2B digital transformation, entitled “Billion Dollar B2B Ecommerce”, and is a sought-after industry speaker and expert. During his time in operating roles, Brian led efforts resulting in extremely high growth rates from Ecommerce and held full P&L responsibility as the lead digital executive in both early stage and multi-billion dollar global enterprises.  Brian is an expert in the areas of Ecommerce strategy, digital marketing and customer acquisition, organizational and selling channel alignment, customer experience and merchandising, technology evaluation and selection, and all operational aspects of building highly scalable commerce organizations.  
 
Brian is currently an advisor to manufacturers, distributors, and brands on digital commerce strategy.  His recent clients include industry leaders such as illumina, Cardinal Health, Konica Minolta, Epson, American Orthodontics, Owens Corning, Big Ass Fans, Norma Group, Brasseler, MSA Safety, H.B. Fuller, Amazon, Charlotte Pipe & Foundry, Pentair, Hiab, and numerous other companies located around the world. In addition to his advisory work, Brian serves as the Managing Partner of Enceiba, the industry’s only Amazon consultancy focused on serving the B2B industry.
 
Previously, Brian served as VP Ecommerce for Harbor Freight Tools, an 800+ store, $3+ BN retailer of tools, where he managed a site re-launch, technology re-engineering, merchandising and marketing programs while driving explosive online revenue growth.  His other executive roles have included VP Ecommerce at Pacsun, COO of Overnight Prints.com, COO at Costume Super Center, and CEO of Broadspan Commerce, a fast growing online furniture retailer and Inc 500 honoree.  
 
Brian holds an MBA and BA, both from Rutgers University.
